My friend Amanda Lee. When I get the chance to shoot some fashionistas, Amanda is usually the one handling hair and make-up for me. She just got her Redken NYC certification and wanted some shots to share with her group. I brought her to the "warehouse" (701 Studios) and put her in front of the lens for a change. I love the way these salon people can rock so many different looks! :D

Feel free to C&C....it's ok, it's fine with me. :thumb

2. (Love her freckles and wasn't versed enough in PS to clean up the legs, so can we overlook that? :D )

3. (Maybe caught focus on her ring hand and not her eyes? :cry )

5. (too hot on the face, I suppose? :rolleyes )

6. (I know, I know...lost the detail in the hair and it's far too hot...but this is actually one of mine and her FAVES !! wooohoooo! :D )

For me, my favorite is #1 - hands down the leader of the pack. Followed closely by the last one. This is one rockin' set of photos of a very versatile model.

And congrats to Amanda Lee for her certification. I know almost nothing about it, but I'm guessing they are not easy to get. clap.gifthumb.gif

I agree with Scott about #1 & 6. I think she looks very relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera, especially when she looks into the camera…

    Nice job!

    Thanks for sharing!

Well, I'll open the spread a little bit... #1 & #4 really work for me.

Number one is classicaly sultry. Number 4 is playful, and I think the lighting of her fair complexion and hair plays nicely (er, or maybe a bit naughty?) off of the dark and shine of the coat and fall off of light in the background.

    Good stuff!

Question: Would you mind if I took a shot at #2 and cleaning up the shadows on her legs?

Fun, fun set .. she sure is great in front of the camera iloveyou.gif

The only thing that really bothered me were the rings under her eyes ... some things even a make-up artist can't fix mwink.gif ... I'd take those out, just makes her look way too tired .... other than that, really like them clap.gif

Really really great range of looks from one girl and I love the range of atmosphere you've managed to achieve.

I like 1 and 6 - it looks like they're in fact with her in the same outfit on the same piece of furniture and yet evoke such a different style.

    Thanks for posting thumb.gif
