Water droplets

Rained here all day yesterday so no insects. Did get a few shots of water droplets.

    These are all excellent raindrop shots, you obviously have it down to a science. My favorite is # 2 for the textures and colors in the plant and the refractions/reflections in the drops.

    Thanks Douglas. I actually find #2 a bit disturbing- think it's an optical illusion of the difference in size of the droplets make the drop on the RHS look much further away- but it isn't (if it was it would not be in focus).

    very impressive. i think number three even looks a bit like an animated character from a children's movie.....such fine beautiful detail. what is your camera?

    Pic 3 actually has another water drop behind the first one giving that eye effect.
    Canon 300D with Sigma 105mmEX macro lens.

    Extraordinary!! clap.gif the last one is very cool ... three drops on each leaf, very nice hard to pick a favorite...

    You noticed in that last PIC- was going to call it Threes.
    The Pic above I was going to call Balance but I couldn't think of names for the other pics so.... :)
