DSS #41: Walking Tall

Hi Everyone! This is my first post in the forums. Do you think this crop is too intense? I did it to emphasize the tall aspect of the photo. Any thoughts on the shot?

    I enjoyed looking at this image and it's unusual crop ratio, which, as you pointed out really emphasises the size of the shadow. I think you have an excellent submission.

    Make sure when you do submit you read the rules.. Disqualifications suck.

    Welcome Scotty!

    The crop doesn't bother me at all. However, my attention is drawn to the shadow of the photographer and it takes me a while to wander down to the shoe.

    I'm not sure how others will interpret this. I will suggest that you enter your shot though. And keep on posting and entering!
