Thoughts on this image? I have never tried photojournalism before, so any feedback is much appreciated :D

    I wish I could be more specific but I really don't know what to say here to help this image. At least you got something... I have yet to even venture out to shoot.

    I'm new to this, too, and the mantra that's helping me as I look at pictures (though not necessarily yet on producing my own) is that the picture "tell a story." I'm looking at the pictures and seeing if I could write a paragraph about what I think is happening.

    That gets me away from the standard bias in PJ -- that you be taking pictures in a war zone (which I don't plan to do).

    I kind of see what you're seeing here, maybe the "news" is watching us... that's what it looks like or what comes to mind first with me. Also, the image is VERY grainy, what, was it low light?
