Some pics from an Arenacross that I shot on Friday night

These things never have very good lighting or anywhere safe to stand but I did about as good as I could do and they came out so much better than my pics from last year. I was so embarresed when I compared the two, that I deleted all of last years Arenacross pics from my website. Haha

Enjoy

    I like 2,3,9,11,12 and 15.

The rest do nothing for me.

Btw, thanks for finally numbering your heavy image posts. thumb.gif

Those should sell really well Russ... a little PP on some of these, especially a little sharpening would make them super.

Little vignetting on a few of these I see?

These AX venues have terrible terrible lighting and with that...outstanding work! thumb.gif

Hey brother, good to see ya postin. Yea, I'm already selling pretty well. You know kids and parents aren't near as critical of the pics as I or most in here are. I shot most of these at ISO 3200-4000 and between ss 400-500. I'm shooting again this weekend in Waco for another round. I think I'm going to bump ISO a bit more and drop down to 2.8 so that I can get a bit faster ss that should almost clear any motion blur.

Eh.. some if it may be noise too at those ISO's. You run any noise reduction on these?

I think you're lighting is pretty dang good here.

    Already got Houston SX tickets..wings.gif

No, I don't have Noise Ninja. I can't go to Houston this year because the big local spring series here is racing the same weekend. :cry :cry
