After a few beer I suggested to Mrs G that she would make a do a good job up on the bar. She laughed heartily and informed me that unfortunately she was the wrong sex for this place!! :jawdrop Knowing Mrs G's current state meant that these girls weren't what they seemed!

We had a fantastic night and a great laugh, the owner was hilarious

Thanks Alan, andy very kindly lent me the 10-22 for a couple of weeks, it was upsetting to give it back :cry

So upsetting that I had to get one for myself :D

At last my Yosemite shots! You'll be relieved to hear that I've finished :D

Holy mess - I just read through this whole thread. I remember when it was just one page. I have to say, even though they're all great, those shots from Utah are stunning. Looks like you guys had a great time - thanks for sharing the trip with us.

Found you at 12.30, it is now 1.35 AM and I should have been in bed since long... I will dream happy USA dreams. I go to San Jose in october, with friends who want me to shoot their family on a trip, and next year in January Florida, Wyoming and Arizona. (I am married to an American, with family all over).
Can't wait to test my nikon with the lenses...
Loved your tour gubbs, Mrs. G is a keeper... She shoots well and plans good dinners.
Thank you so much for this armchairtour... Enjoyed every shot of it
