Help with this picture...

Hello to all,
This image is taken at one of the sites that I have a wedding at in July. The site is Frost Chapel, Barry College
I'm intrested in knowing if anyone can tell me how they got this look?

Looks to me like REALLY good spot exposure metering or cheating with a dodge/burn tool.

A flash was used as well, I'm guessing they flash'ed on the couple, then burned out the background.

Open image>select all>copy>open new>ok>render>lighting effects>omni>adjust color, diameter & brightness>ok>select all>copy>paste on original image>layer "color burn or multiply>adjust fill>free transform to desired area.

That is how I do it anyway.:D Like this picture

Yeah I almost want to make the background brighter and colorful just like the couple. Great composition though!

My guess is it is a natural light cloudy day photo. Then lots of vignetting applied. If you look at the light in the far left you can see the light of the day.
