  Love the first one. It kind of reminds me of the shot that Linda (richtersl) posted for C&C yesterday. Beautiful long shows and love how the sun is peeking through the tree branches.

  I like the first one, but am not crazy about the prominence of the star. It looks PP's, altho I'm sure it isn't. It distracts me from fully exploring the image.

  ...and thanks, Chris, just saw your post. The light star from the sun is not pp'ed, its out-of-camera, as you guessed, and I do see how that could be a distraction.
