Cape Town SA anyone?

Going down for a couple days. Having never been there before I want to bring my D90 and camera Bag, that said I'd like to come back with it. Any tips on shooting in Cape Town or South America?

    For what it is worth, here is my list of how I handle my gear and have brought it all home to date

    1-Make sure you have decent floater insurance coverage in case the worst happens.

    2-Get a small messenger bag that doesn't look like a camera bag. Oddly enough I found one at a retailer in Rome which is just a simple leather bag with no padding. You do have to be careful about banging your camera around, however nobody would ever guess what is in it.

    3-Stand tall and walk with confidence. I make sure to make eye contact with everyone who looks at me.

    4-If something does happen and you are 'gear jacked' don't fight over 1000 bucks worth of gear, just submit the loss to insurance.
