    Stickies stay stuck to the top of the first page of the forum section even if newer posts are posted. So important announcements and FAQs are usually stickied.

    Hmmmm. Sticky = Stuck. That's crafty! Should've been able to figure that out on my own, but I'm overflowing with awesome information from all the posts here.
