Site Down?

I can't seem to get my site to load either with my custom domain www.lynnehulbert.com or my smugmug account lynnehulbertphotography.

I host with Yahoo!, everything seems to be fine from my control panel there, so maybe it's something with my A Record, but my smugmug site should still load?

I can't get to your site with either URL, but mine is accessible. Something definitely seems odd here.

    http://lynnehulbertphotography.smugmug.com/ <<<that should work, right?

Looks like others are having similar problems, in other threads. Thanks, Denise!

Same thing happens to me. Type in my name in the search, and follow the link and see what happens...

Should I send an email to help or is posting here sufficient? I don't want to cause redundant work.

I know that the smug folks don't like us to post plus send an email to the help team because it means double work for them - but if it was my site I would probably go ahead and send an email. If you do, probably best to indicate that you also have a thread here and provide the link.

The first post about this problem was over 2 hours ago, and in my mind that's a long time to go without access to your site.

I'm having problems as well. It is slow as molasses and occasionally won't load. Sometimes it kicks me out to www.smugmug.com.

Funny how it always works that way. I had my biggest event of the year last Saturday. (20% of my annual net profit from one weekend of shooting).

I've been working pictures all week and I'm finally ready to upload (about a 1000 shots) and BANG, site is down.

Right now I'm just laughing because I'm too tired to cry.

    all gone
    Hi,

My most popular gallery at the present, the gallery that I am currently working on and adding photos to as I process them -- -- it is down - no photos are showing :(

    http://bobthecameraman.com/Military-Events/2-11-Field-Artillery

    wassup?

by the way, hundreds of Army patriots are logging onto their computers to check out their photos or to see if their photos have been processed yet. Please get this fixed.

    Bob

    Help!
I just tried loading a new video into my Behind the scenes section and it's saying that the gallery no longer exists!!! Its' like it got deleted somehow and if so, this is bad news!

    Please help -
    Go here: http://www.kevinwinzeler.com/Video/

The BTS gallery shows "empty". There were 12 videos in there, with a lot of text and SEO work in the captions. Please tell me these aren't really deleted!

We'll help you if you need it but the gist is, last year we contacted all pros and announced a change to CNAMEs... they now need to point to domains.smugmug.com
