unidentified dragonfly

I found this one on the side of a creek, sitting in very bright sunlight (obviously, from the eyes). Not sure what kind of dragonfly it is.

Ba$--Thanks. Couldn't find it there, or in my Audubon guide. It's to be expected--there are so many species of Odonates. I recently read that of the 194 species identified so far in New York State, roughly 140 have been found in the Adirondacks, where I chanced on this one.
