In a GOOD way. I shot one of Will & Autumn's co-worker's weddings. They came to me and didn't have a very big budget, but when I heard what they had planned...well lets say I would have had to be dead to miss shooting this wedding.

Yeah I know the B&W processing is a little further than I'd usually take it, but I wanted a cyanotype feel and something that kind of matched Tim Burton's general tone.

C&C always welcome, thanks for looking.

Ooh - fun! Absolutely LOVE the processing and treatments on 4/5 - what did you use on those?

alas...it was NOT one button. I used a photo of a scratched up metal sheet on 5, and a paper texture on 4, then some heavily feathered lasso selection curve vignetting, and some selective smart blur. Each one took me about 10 minutes.

Gotcha. Is the blue-toned processing a LR job or was that PS as well? I really like them thumb.gif

The regular non textured stuff is all LR, I started with a panchromatic LR preset then toned it and made adjustments so her skin got most of the blue (corpse bride) and his had a bit more reddish. THANKS! I worked way harder on this wedding than I should have...but I REALLY loved the idea, the people, the whimsy, the whole thing. I also think there is a destination niche for someone of is hip to theme weddings.

What are we looking at in 7? Does she have bones under the top of her gown?

Yes, the bride had the dress custom made to look like the dress "The Corpse Bride" wore.

I think I saw that cake on TV :D

As usual, very nice work. I especially like the lighting on the cake in #9. It's Burtonesque thumb.gif

Definitely awesome. I was thinking Tim Burton before I even got down to the cake shot. Great stuff!
