Great couple. Very much in love. First time I ever had enough time for formals with just the two of them. They would have stayed out there forever!

Enjoy, C&C welcome. Larger post on the Blog along with a slideshow.

Nice series. I really liked the composition on the invitation/rings shot (#11).

I don't think I've ever seen a blue wedding cake.

I love the idea of the sparklers. Better than bubbles, and not as messy as rice or bird seed. Very dramatic at night, too.
What I said when I saw the Grand Canyon for the first time: "The wide ain't wide enough and the zoom don't zoom enough!"

these were totally awesome! the only thing I noticed was in one there is a big sun spot on her arm. Other then that I am totally jealous and wish I had some shots like these!

    thanks guys.

actually the sparklers was part of the special exit they did at the end of the reception. I guess it is more of southern thing (brides family was from the way south). I think it was a great idea. I remember at my own wedding how i ended up saying goodbye to people for almost 30 mins while our hotel room and my flat shoes were calling my name! Party was over at 11pm, and at 10:50 we had everyone ready with sparklers in hand.

The blue cake was so cool, i loved the shape of it. Very unique. Bride hated that the pink was light pink and should have been hot pink, but it look great.

The sunlight was very very very hash during the outdoor ceremony. Everyone was sweating soooo bad the whole time. We were hiding in the trees, so sun spots i guess just happen. I didn't have a second, so no one to make shade for me!

thanks again, input is helpful and makes me strive to be better :D

I guess you never had cakes or treats from Vegan Treats, huh? When I miss out on cakes and pastries I just head up there and buy a horde. :D

The lighting on #2 is amazing; I love the depth and colors. The last two weddings I kept on telling myself to bring a wooden hanger but each time ended up forgetting it at home.
    #12 is stellar, wonderful capture.

I tell my self the same thing every time i see the ugly hanger and a stunning dress! uggg! i really need to get myself a nice looking hanger!

Also, you would think this place had a nice hook to hang a dress (it is practically a wedding factory), but no, just an ugly metal garment rack where all the dresses would be hung, and the train would be on the floor. really, they need to get their act together. a nice hook on the wall is all they need.

    5 & 7 are my favorites.

Did you use flash for #2? I'd like it a bit better if it was a little softer.
