This is the pinch rail version, but I also have a DIY magnetic mount that comes with it. It worked great on a full-frame Ford F-150 truck. This unit won't attach to many lowered cars (due to ground clearance) or on most exotics (no pinch rails nor exposed iron metal) but for most cars it works great. It attaches securely to the frame of the car and all you have to do is clone concrete. What I really like is the adjustable elbow, so you can easily get very low angles or very high angles and anything in between. Very nice touch.

Asking $350 plus you pay shipping charges, CONUSA only. Factor approximately 24 pounds shipping weight at about 52" by 15" by 5".
