Inserting a image

When I attempt to insert an image within a post, I copy/paste the link where I have the photo posted (my smugmug page), I then get the icon with the jagged tear. I assume that means the link is "broken" ?

    I went to you site and found your images right clik protected....that was nice........
    here is my simplified way of posting an image.......
    1- make sure rt clik is turned off and that external & sharing are turned on.
    2- go the galley and get the size of image you want opened then right click
    and then click on copy image location and insert that in the picture link box
    (little yellow box with the mountain in it)...click on it when it opens the http:// will be
    highlighted....leave it that way.....place cursor on it and paste the link and you should get this:

    but if you un-highlight the http:// it be like the link is broken......or show absolutely nothing at all...........

    Don't turn off right click protection if you don't want to!!!! it is not needed to turn off right click protection for proper posting. External links must be 'on' though.
