Tired of the same old Christmas tree pictures? Me too :dunno

Last night I decided to take some strange pictures of the Christmas tree. Feel free to add your own interpretation of your Christmas tree but PLEASE, no normal hum-drum shots. :D

    Great idea, and some very creative shots. I like 'em all. We haven't got a tree yet but I can't wait to do something weird to it when we do. Here's one from last year.

    I took the image above, abused it mercilessly with the liquify tool, and made my Christmas card for this year. Thanks a lot for the inspiration, I wouldn't have thought of it without your idea. Maybe I can just hang the lights more evenly this time and still have round light balls. Or not.

    This is a cool idea. Guess I'm gonna have to get up off my keyboard and put up a tree. I was just getting over the aches from patting myself on the back for getting the lights up.

    We got our tree now I can really do some damage. Here's my first try, taken with my cell phone because I wanted to send a quick photo to my daughter since she helped do quite a bit of the work. This is what 2 screaming megapixels of resolving power will do for you.
