Changes causing issues

Seems since I lasted logged in things are looking different in my galleries. Despite having chosen the options to use filenames and no camera info the gallery is still not doing these things for newly uploaded images. Anything uploaded before the change shows the filename and no camera info, anything after doesnt show filenames but does show camera.

Is this a bug?
