Its in perfect shape with no dings, nicks or anything. You get, Original box, manual, computer cord, battery charger, Delkin rear fold out cover(nice), extra battery, a starter CF Card and a cool Laminited quick field guide. I don't have the original strap or the eyepiece, an eyepiece will run about $10. I use a Crumpler strap or one of the newer(better) Smugmug straps.
The D200 has a magnesium frame that is quite sturdy and feels very nice in your hands. Its a nice step up in build quality and weather sealing from the plastic bodies imo. It has the Nikon internal focus motor motor so you won't need to spend the extra $$ for the AF-S Lenses. It also has dedicated buttons for your most often changed settings like iso and white balance.
