    Very nice.

I shot area football; very challenging and very tight. Too many bodies in too small a space. My didn't come near as good as yours.

    Good work... thumb.gif

Thanks! :D This was my first time shooting any type of football. Definitely a lot faster than basketball. But I was pleased with the outcome..

Chris, nice framing and sharpness. The one area that needs a bit of improvement is exposure. The important thing is to get the faces exposed properly, not the uniforms. That's something you have to get used to shooting a sport with a helmet. Something to keep in mind for next time!

    I thought #8 was exposed nicely. :D

Where were you shooting these from?

Nice work, Chris. I liked to shoot at NY Dragons AFL games from time to time (when security didn't hassle me about my "professional" camera...) You're right, it's a fast-paced game, you really have to keep your eyes open to catch the action. It was always fun to shoot, and the eye-candy doesn't hurt either. mwink.gif

Awesome! Thanks for the feedback guys!

Thanks John, definitely keep that in mind at the next game. So do you try and do all the exposure in camera or PP? Seems it would be better in PP, especially for this game with the white jerseys, they get blown out way to much. I can do some masking and edit the faces in PP.

Good news is this was just pre-season so they wore their practice jerseys, I believe for the regular season the home jerseys are red and the away are black...

Brill, I am shooting from the corners of the endzone, I am one of the team photogs so I have all access... :-)

Here are a few more from the game:
