Why does the dgrin log me out so much?

Am I not wanted??? :P

it is strange, but I have noticed lately that dgrin will log me out even if I have checked the 'remember me" button. This seems to happen after I am browsing other sites and come back to the open dgrin tab...it is logged out then.

I am using Win 7, IE 8. I am not clearing history and such for this to happen.

    I use FF and get logged out randomly as well. I've given up on trying to understand.

    Make sure to sign in using the "www" address: http://www.dgrin.com

    do not use http://dgrin.com

    To Smugmug/dgrin.com Apache admin:

    a) You could put a 301 rewrite in your Apache such as this one:
       RewriteEngine on
       RewriteCond %{http_host} !=""
       RewriteCond %{http_host} !^www\.dgrin\.com$ [NC]
       RewriteRule ^/$ http://www.dgrin.com/ [R=301,L]
       RewriteCond %{http_host} !=""
       RewriteCond %{http_host} !^www\.dgrin\.com$ [NC]
       RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.dgrin.com$1 [R=301,L]

    which will fix this issue (it will also help with your SEO).

    b) Alternatively make sure to set all your cookies to dgrin.com not www.dgrin.com ... But the above rewrite is a better solution since it will fix all of the duplicate URL that now exist.

    Bump for a "me too!" Took me a while to figure out what why I couldn't log on, until I realized that it makes a difference when you use www.dgrin.com versus just dgrin.com. Not exactly user friendly, imho :\

    Don't feel the love...getting logged out so much!
    i'm trying to customize my page and i get logged out from ADV. CUSTOMIZATION every other time that i get so frustrated. every other time i hit submit, there is a red error message at the top...

    perhaps i'm doing something wrong here, but i also check logged in all the time also.
