    Thanks for doing this.
    I have one quick question...
What is the markup correction if I select Color correct all my images under Bay Photo?

    Thanks again!

Thanks much JC. I downloaded it but haven't been able to find the time to open because I'm spending too much time on your site, reading about your film life experiences and some excellent shots. My nephew is a director in Canada so I understand.

I was using your price sheet when I realized that it doesn't have a way to account for the color correction service through bay photo. Do you have any idea how to enable that? I have been looking at some things, and it doesn't seem as thought they use a fixed percentage for the markup. This will be a hassle if we have to input all the prices, but if you find out that it is indeed a specific price for the color correction based on what you are printing, I would love to work with you and fill in the new prices.

    Updated Price Sheet?
    Hey there folks!
I was really happy to find this thread and quickly reminded of how under appreciated DGrin is in my life. Everytime I come here, I ask myself why I don't come more often!

That said - Thank you, in advance for the spreadsheet with pricing....Is there any chance you have this updated with current pricing. The spreadsheet has Bay Photo 4 x 6 lustre for $.25 and it is now $.38. Puts price increases in perspective but I would love to have a new copy!
My email is: bf@brandifitzgerald.com should you want to send it over.

I'd be happy to trade a piece print of my artwork for your time!

Hope you had a great day!

Is it me and my terrible excel skills? When I open the spreadsheet and make changes to the spreadsheet, the fields in that row don't update to reflect the prices. I am using Microsoft Excel 2011 for Mac. I also saved the file and uploaded it to Google docs but it's still not showing me the prices when I put in a percentage. Hmmmmm....I am so much better at html and css than excel :)

    Thanks in advance spreadsheet heros!

Yep that would have been cool but his website is down now so the late comers can't implement it. I would have loved a copy.

James, are you able to send me the link to the spreadsheet you created for smugmug pricing? I can't access it and it's now 6 years after your original post!

    Thanks

Did anyone get a SS and if so could you/they put it on Google or Dropbox or somewhere? The jcdaydream site is down and it can't be accessed, nor can he apparently. Thanks.

I uploaded the spreadsheet to my Google Drive for the people who have been asking for it. Not sure how much it will help you, it's 6 years old and very outdated. You will need to manually update the list of products and all of the costs, and then manually enter your pricing. It's just an Excel spreadsheet that calculates your profit. I never found the time to enter my own pricing, so I haven't kept it up to date but I remembered that I had a copy on my HD. James Cole moved his website to another host so I'm sure he hasn't kept it up to date. Maybe if someone has the time to update it, they could upload a current copy for others.

My Christmas wish is that one day SmugMug will automate this process for us so Pros can easily view and manage their pricing.

My Christmas wish came true - I received a Uservoice notification that we can now download a .csv file of our price lists, just checked it out and it works great. When you're in Manage Pricelists click to expand a price list and you'll see a Download button.

    Thank you SmugMug!! <3
