I think I have broken some rules in this image...what do you think?

    I think it would work well with some of the top and left portions of the image cropped off.

    Yeah, though I'd probably cut a bit more off the left, so she's fully out of the center. Not sure if others would do the same, though.

    I'm working on a few edits now...will settle on one at some point. :)

    Basic Canon 75-300mm...at 300mm, f5.6. :)

    I like the frame of the shot but that is the only thing working for me. she is completely soft and quite dark compared to the grass and trail. Her skin tones looks very muddy as well.

    Thanks, Qarik, I think the low sun makes that effect, and that Ruby is wearing darker clothes anyway.
