Where to get Panoramic Photos Printed?

Hello,

I have been working alot lateley creating panorama shots in Photoshop CS5 using the Photomerge feature.

I have been using my Sigma 10-20mm lens when I am taking these photos. then merging them in Photoshop


I was wondering if anyone knew of a place to have them printed to mount on the wall?

    I have gotten prints through SmugMug and Bay Photo and have been very happy with the results. You can find the catalog and sizes at http://www.smugmug.com/prints/catalog/AB

    Almost every printer/lab has an option for panoramas, so I would not be surprised if your local lab has them as well. I will say that having the 2nd set of eyes and additional help of going through SmugMug does give me more confidence.

    10x30 and 12x36 are common and available at most labs... I would be surprised if yours didn't offer something very similar..

    Problem is frames. 10x30 are not as common as 12x36. They are just a slight bit off from eachother in aspect, but not enough that most subject will suffer...

    Just curious. Why are you using a WA lens if you're going to stitch anyway. You'd get higher resolution using a longer focal length and stitching more slices, wouldn't you?

    I was wondering the same thing, John.

    Also have less wide angle lens distortion to deal with in software.
