Video Clips in Slideshow

I have several short video clips that I upload along with pictures in some of our vacation galleries. Works well when paging through the pictures and playing the clips when you come to them in the standard SmugMug gallery view. However, when you do "slideshow" (which I think is the best way to view the pictures), when it comes to a video clip, you get a nornally lower res image frame from the video and no way to play (or even know it is a video). I've tried to add a comment to them that indicates they are a video so people viewing them understand, but is there a better way to handle? I wouldn't mind being able to just hide video clips in slideshow and only show pictures?

My homepage is below, but here is a link to the page with our vacation Galleries with the videos. The one from Nassau has several.

Thanks for your ideas or suggestions.

Not sure why this was moved to support. I don't really think anything is broken, just looking for a better way!

Some of us have requested a way to have videos play in the slideshow, if you think that's a good alternative you can vote here: http://feedback.smugmug.com/forums/17723-smugmug/suggestions/314392-play-videos-when-in-slideshow-mode

To my knowledge there's no way of hiding the videos only for the slideshow but if you like you can create a new request on the link above.

This has been a problem since videos were introduced years ago. There's no way to get them to play within a slideshow. Flickr does do this correctly. Vote to have it changed.
