Ever hear of this browser?

In my StatCounter log is this entry for a Browser called "Rippers 0". Anyone ever hear of this or know what it is? I did do a Google search etc. and not much info turned up. A lot of discussion about it though.

It's a spider. The IP address belongs to IBM. Who knows what they're doing. http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Webmasters/thread?tid=2b0f61e3a557372f&hl=en
