OK, so I'm not one of the participants in the MC, but I live in Withered Weathered Worn World, and I got some this am, one of which I will share anyway.

Nice! It looks like faded memories.

And you may be in the Mega, depending on the outcome of voting today (great shot, got my vote, good luck! :D).

Thanks! I completely forgot that the last challenge would produce mega-challengers. I think I'll stop looking for Baubles until tomorrow.

OK, here's a new idea for the WEATHERED portion of the challenge... Probably doesn't work, right?

I'd say yes, but I really don't think you want to trust my judgment. I took a picture of an experimental weather station several nights ago for the challenge. Didn't like how it turned out though. Ironically, the weather has been keeping me from getting the two shots I want to work on. I love the cottage photo.

I agree that Duck Inn is a great shot. In addition to the weathering of the house, the setting in the sand contributes to a feeling that nature is taking its toll. Definitely my favorite of the ones you've posted!

OK, this is the one I entered. We have so much architecture here that would fit the bill. It was hard to decide what to shoot. But we have also had two weeks of fog. Very little sun. So I gave up fighting it.
