I haven't shot anything in quite some time. It was a beautiful day today and my wife and I sat in the backyard for a bit after getting home from work. I decided to take advantage of the nice afternoon light and take some photos of her.

    1) Certainly has been some time, your wife's hair is long (!) Looks great, you should suggest she keeps it that length.

    2) That's your backyard? NICE!

    3) Great pics. Really liking number 3.

What a lovely subject for you to work with :D I also like #3, as well as #4. I like her expression in #4--a bit of humor, a touch of mystery and "soft intensity" in her eyes. Nicely done!

Thanks guys. I love #3 as well. She has a lovely profile and I think I captured it well in that photo. I also love #1 but I think it's more because of the her smile in it that the photo itself.

I have a few more that I will post later.

I love the pose and the dpth of field in #1. #3 runs a close second. It seems the best stuff always looks easy and you're really hitting your stride. Of course such a beautiful subject never hurts!

    Nice shots, and nice backyard.

I can see you in Shot #10, well in silhouette at least. Not a problem just a comment of how sharp and accurate the photo is

Those are wonderful. #6 is my favorite. Gorgeous (except for your reflection in her eyes.) #8 has a very beautiful 'natural' feel to it. and #10 is another beautifully composed. Beautiful stuff!
