Uploader for video

I have started to do experiment with video since my new cams have some nice hd quality abilities. What have you found to be the best uploader. Many of my files, I have to try so many times, there must be a better way.
WTB: 1GB and 512k CF cards.
I have a need for a decent # of these smaller cards. If you have multiple cards that would be great. I am located at zip code 35243 & 35255.
