Cold to the bone ..

My first winter wedding. I thought the idea of having dramatic sky was an awesome idea until the rain and coldness hit me. Then I realised, I missed spring and autumn :).

    while the 1st shot is compositionaly awesome..I wish I could see more of the grroms face..also the sky looks a bit phony.

    Look good too me. In the first when going for a low close shot if you lean the couple forward then it will help with perspective, it won't look or feel natural to them but in the photo it will look much better. Still very cool thought!

    I'm here to learn so please feel free to give me constructive criticism to help me become the photographer I desire to be.

    Phony...I guess one could carry that statement over to most every image that has an action run on it...hmmm...wouldn't HDR's qualify as phony...

    On the other hand, I don't see phony...just artistic license...

    Phony is defined as not genuine...or fraudulent.

    Me, I like the effects...on both images...sky and all...especially like number 2...just like the processing...shadows and lighting...

    Just my two cents...fwiw...
