I use Adobe Photoshop 7.0 and for my purposes it has been sufficient. For some time, I have been trying to add transparent watermarking to my photos. I've tried several methods unsuccessfully. Is there someone who could provide a step by step guide on how to do this please before I am totally bald!! Please don't use too much computer jargon as I'm over 60 and a bit of a dummy!
Any help would be really appreciated.
Thanks,
Woske.

I've gone to the tutitorial but have no idea just how I am even suppose to start out. I'd like to make a logo for the bottom of my pics? ne_nau.gif

The best way is to find RC conception's tut (google it) -never mind, I found it. Try to google this:
    20110610_rc_signature_walkthru
the number is the video number (mp4) so maybe google just that number.
If you can't find it you can email me and I'll send you mine - basically you just create an image, transparent, mine is 3"x1"H and even has my scanned handwritten initials in the middle -hey, better idea. Check out my site, you'll see my wm on all my images. You can change the opacity and, using file/place in PS you can scale it and even colour it.

I followed this tutorial http://dgrin.smugmug.com/gallery/1690196 to make transparent watermarks for my smugmug galleries. Is that what you mean?
