Ok so until recently I have ben overly happy with Adobe RAW and its capabilities. But, recently, I have been having some issues. When I load an image into the program, it displays all of the Blacks as Blue. At first I could tolerate it, but when managing Black & White images, it is very hard to focus on the final image when it looks blue... Hopefully the attached screenshot helps at all to show what I mean. I know this can't be a feature and there must be a way to be rid of it.

Any and all help would be appreciated!

You have the shadow clipping warning indicator turned on.

To turn it off, go to the little "mountain" icon, located in the upper-left corner of the histogram, and click on it (the little mountain icon.) You may also have the highlight warning indicator turned on so check that while you're thinking of it.
