First time posting here but have lurked here many times before & have always been amazed at quality of images captured by the members here. At any rate, attached are a couple of images taken today at Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge on the Eastern shore of Maryland. A portion of the drive was closed to maintenance but managed to capture this White Egret from a blind that was setup. CC appreciated. Thank you in advance!!!

Good work in some very tough lighting. Being from Florida its hard to consider needing a blind to capture these guys. I have them in my back yard.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

I agree that these are tough to get right and you did well with the backlight.

Thank you Dennis. Shooting this Egret definitely sparked an interest in Wildlife. Unfortunately, I simply don't have enough reach right now.
