Last Visit to the Wolf Pups
Hi all,
I'm usually over in the model areas but here's an event that must be shown.
Back in May, the Wolf Center where my wife and I volunteer (www.nywolf.org) received two wolf pups, born on April 20, 2011. The pups have been kept in a small enclosure/nursery and have had a human attendant 24/7 since they got here. HOWEVER, this past Saturday, at 4 months old, it was time for them to move into their permanent enclosure. From now on, this type of contact will be extremely rare since, while they are socialized, they are wolves and neither "tame" nor pets.
These images are not DSLR IQ since they were shot with my trusty old S5IS (a hurricane was on the way), but you'll all get the idea.

They were raised with a German Shepard who helps teach them wolf behavior
