Tough choice! They are both excellent! I tend to like the shape of maple leaves, but the top right is a bit cluttered. Maybe crop a bit off the top and the right?

I prefer the current entry, as the translucent nature of the foreground leaf really gets my attention. Cool!

I'm with Bill.
My preference though would be to see just a bit more of the leaf on the left. I wonder what seeing just the top edge would look like.

I really like your current entry, but I really like the maple leaf as well. I was wondering what the maple leaf would look like with the same treatment as your current entry.

I am also drawn to maple leaves but agree that the first is the better entry.
