    I see that there are no comments and I know how I feel when that happens, so I'll throw my 2 cents in.

    Of course the idea is a good one, child scared by monster. But the shot itself isn't grabbing me. The distance between the two subjects is too great, especially with the distraction of all of the toys hanging in the background. The area that is most in focus seems to be the torn up tile on the floor, leaving the child and the monster really fuzzy and noisy. It's a very busy shot with a lot going on and it leaves the viewer a bit dazed.

    Try a reshoot with the two of them closer together, in focus, and maybe a conversion to black and white to keep it simple.

    It's an excellent idea.....but, Sandi points out, the image doesn't relay the message as strongly as you might like it to....
