Out this morning, and there was a foggy mist. Walking around the RSPB reserve nearby, I found a lot of spider webs still dripping with moisture...

    The halos? You mean the white bits? That's the sun shining through the droplets...or do you mean something else?

    in center , yes , the sun , but toward the outside they become halo's

    i dont know how come , nor how to avoid it

    its not really annoying or distracting , i just noticed , thats all

    Hmmm...the nature of the lens, i suppose...the "bokeh"...;)

    that what i thought too
    these drops are just a bit OOF , thereby causing this effect

    i think maybe its even better this way , then as when all drops would be in focus
    gives special effect , sort of depth

    Thank you...yes, the shallow DoF gives more depth than a wide DoF...seems to wrong way around, but we SEE things with limited DoF all the time so that is more real, I suppose.
