I think I might have wanted to brighten exposure around the molten material as well as the man in the Red helmet, just give a feel of more heat, ya know 2000deg THAT's HOT :wow.
I hope that makes some sense.
On the other hand the image as presented could very well be featured in the Co. annual report/flyer/advert etc.
I rather like the exposure as is, though you could give it a little more pop with an overlay curve. Or not--it's very well composed and an interesting scene. The color is nice. Definitely not one for B&W.
