    The lens is a Tamron 18/300, and it does strange bokeh all the time.
    EXIF says it was at 70mm. 1/125 th at f/8.

    I'm not real happy with the lens, but it's a good walk-around lens when
    I don't know what I'm after. Lottsa range. I wasn't really after "Street"
    shots. I was with my wife and just carried my camera along.
