Congrats on the OMP showcase, Nik. Well deserved, that shot is a work of art. The other two aren't too shabby either. mwink.gif

I'm sure with practice you'll get there, just don't stop trying.

And I've been eating MORE than my fair share of Cheerios! rolleyes1.gif

    Q (if you don't mind).
What was the focal length used for golden Graces?

    Hey Nik.
I like the shots and poses, but I think you do could do a little more with your processing.
Could I rework your first shot and repost in this thread?

    Thanks Nik.

For shots like your first one, It seems like you're showing a softer, kinder person.
To me, it seems like the lighting may be just a bit harsh.

I took your photo into camera RAW and dropped the clarity way down.
I then placed that image on top of the original, placed a mask on it and allowed
the neckless and her lips to show through.
I then flattened the image and worked on the corners of her eyes, and the bridge of her nose.
A little lightening at the end, and I think a very nice soft image comes out.

I made a video as I worked on the shot. It's just over 6 minutes long.

I do this with most of my people shots.
