    Not that method of sharpening, but I did use the Unsharp Mask at a higher
    setting than I normally use. The Blending Mode was normal.

    My excuse, Sir, is that I was processing some images for another forum
    where outrageously over-done saturation and sharpening is a good
    thing. I forgot to re-set the Unsharp Mask tool.

    I was wondering why I had those white edges, but wrote it off to
    sun reflection until after posting it.

    Thanks for commenting, though. I haven't seen much of you lately.
