Not all sizes available for purchase?

I'm a brand-new "pro" user (though I've been with smugmug for a while now as a non-"pro"), and I've set prices for almost all the sizes, including 11 x 14, 16 x 20 and 20 x 30. When I log out and look at what a customer would be able to order, though, those aren't available choices for them.
The biggest they can get under 'standard prints' is 8x10, and the only thing under 'prints for small cameras' is 9x12 (I've disabled the xD sizes for now). 'Sepecialty prints' just has 4 wallets, and 'photo gifts' has of course the gifts. I don't see the larger size prints in any of the menus.
Is this expected, or have I done something wrong?

what's the size and resolution of the original file you're trying to print from?
