Update:
Found an app called "Image Commander" that can do what I want.
Not the most sophisticated app but can still do the job.
I very recently step over from Windows to the Mac and I'm certainly not sorry.
I think I have accumulated nearly all PP tools i need except one.
In windows I had a small program (I don't remember the name) that could put some EXIF info ON the picture together with a watermark (see sample hereunder)
For the Mac I can find 1001 apps that put a watermark on my pics in batch, but not one that can actually put EXIF info ON a pic (less in batches)
Any suggestions?

If you have Photoshop, there are scripts for this.

Thanks Stephen but i don't have PS or Lightroom. Recently i switched from PC to Mac and those tools are expensive.
Currently i use Nikon Capture NX2, Elements 10 and some other stuff.
