CS4 ACR Error

I've owned CS4 for a little over 2 years. My hard drive was replaced by Dell two days ago & now I cannot open images in ACR (receive the error message below). Unfortunately, Adobe does not provide support for CS4 because it has now "aged". Anyone else experience this issue? If so, what did you do to correct it? Thanks!
