Help me identify this Nikon 70-300 lens!

Okay, even after searching serial # and Google all over, I'm still really damn confused about this Nikon 70-300 I have here. I want to sell it, but for the life of me I can't figure out if it is AF-D or AF-S. The value difference is quite a bit so I want to make sure.
The bottom of the lens on the mount does have the slot screw drive socket for the body to control AF. Does this automatically make it AF-D?

So, that lens is lacking the built-in-motor for AF and it uses the host camera body to supply the AF drive motor (assuming that it is mounted an a body with the screw-drive motor).
A "D" series lens will not autofocus on bodies without the screw drive motor. I believe that it will cooperate with the focus confirmation of most bodies without the screw-drive motor, but in manual focus, of course..
