    I wouldn't have known what they were had you not told me, and i like that. Adds a level of mystery to the photo, i guess ... Nice shot!

    clap.gifSuper! They look so nice. The shape as well as the colour and light. I have a ton of those buggers in my cupboard...And evening primrose oil...And all kinds of potions and vitamins. Never looked at them this way though:D

    did you use a star filter of any kind? it looks like it. i like it like that. makes the shot more dynamic.

    Thanks sam...here is my new reel in that same light. Its grey normally but lights up with the sun at an angle.

    Sitting in the same spot as the fish oil. Its my kitchen bench & the sun hits it beautifully.

    Fish oil is also best to improve your LDL (good cholestorol) and helps with your memory too.

    Its the all/stare wonder supplement

    i try to take 3mg a day

    Dont you mean 3000mg a day ?

    I take 3000-6000mg a day...have for years & have never had a colestoral over 4.2. I eat a lot of tuna also...when im training i will eat 2x 1 lb tins of the stuff a day..cant get enough of it.
