Mac: Restore LR4 Using Time Machine

I need to bring LR4 back to a particular point in time, a few days ago but I don't know what files to restore.
As you all know, I have been wrestling with a BAD import that resulted in tens of thousands of duplicates (please don't ask) and ADOBE support guided me through a process that brought me back to the point where when I upgraded to LR4, LR3 had to be upgraded......
Long story short, yeah that heinous import is gone, but what else did they loose for me?
BRING ME BACK, as hard as it is to say.
BTW, since the mishap last friday or saturday, I did not back up or alter lightroom because I didn't want to add that bad juju to the catalogue.
