Santa Barbara - Couple of Reprocessed Shots

I took these at the end of last year while out with Marc and David. The target of this meet up was to shoot the lunar eclipse but I failed miserably with it. Other than the early morning hike and getting to shoot with Marc and David, the day was pretty much a waste for me. I did manage to grab a few shots of the rising sun. I was pretty disappointed so I didn't give them much time in post. I was looking for a photo of mine and happened across the set. I decided to give them another go.

Here are the couple I reprocessed. What do you think? Would love to know.

2. A few minutes later. Slightly different crop and from a lower vantage point.

I'm glad you re-processed these. I like them both. I didn't noticed the guy on the first one. Really gives you a sense of scale. If I were to pick one, I like the second one because of the light in the foreground.

I like the 2nd picture as well. I think its more crisp/vivid than the first one.

Foreground looks stunning but the sky looks too cooked to me. Too heavy on the saturation and vibrance.... bet them mountains weren't actually blue! (which makes me lean towards the second, but the sky still seems a bit too saturated to me)
