    The colors in #2 are spectacular.

    Can the nodules in #1 be removed by a ferrous surfatologist?... :D

    I presume so, if they were not part of a national park! In this case Chaco Canyon!

    Ya :D 1 & 2... The pump up on number 2 looks nice and I do like the natural for shot 1. Your push on image 2 has likely solved a problem for me. I can hardly wait to try it out and see if it will chg my shot from ho humm to something worth looking at.

    #3 ... This one fascinates me. Looks like a lot knobs to turn to get access. What was this on?

    Mary, these are natural occurring globs of iron in limestone layers which have been eroded into exposure and rusted. I found it quite fun to come across them! :D

    As to the rust plate of #3, it was on some electrical panel or HVAC equipment on the back of a building in Northampton, MA, not far from the Thorn's parking lot.
