2 photos into 1
i am working on 2 pictures.one with the boy in football and then one in basketball he is the one to the right.i am wanting to make one picture but want it to look good can somebody help me in the way i need to do it please.

If your intent is to create one photograph that includes both figures, the only
way I can see to do it is to make a careful selection of each figure and drop
out the entire background in each image. Then, create a neutral background
and paste in the two figures. You can do this in Elements, but it requires some
skill in creating a selection.
It wouldn't be too difficult since there are defined edges to the figures and
not a lot of wispy hair and such.
The problem is that the two figures would not look right in one photo. Dropping
the other three in the basketball photo omits the reason the single figure is in
the position he's in.
Personally, I'd go the route I showed you with two side-by-side photos on
one page. That's simple in Elements. You might dress it up with some
framing by creating a stroke around each photo.
To create a side-by-side, open both images and create a blank page
the width and height you want for the final product. With the blank
page on the screen, drag one image from the Project bin to the blank
page, right-click and Free Transform to the size you want on the blank
page. Do the same for the other image. Flatten and save as a .jpg
You could do the same thing with the photos top and bottom instead
of left and righ. You can add text.
